· Dual-cylinder upper and lower structure, smaller footprint, doubled efficiency.
· Expanded cylinder speed range, allowing free switching between long pile and short pile styles.
· Fabric speed, tension, cylinder, and raising roller speed can all be steplessly adjusted.
· The tension system uses closed-loop adjustment through tension sensors, providing more stable tension and more convenient, easy operation.
· The raising needle roller bearings adopt an integrated design with enlarged balls and thickened housings, providing stronger load capacity and longer service life.
· Belt lower tensioning with enlarged bridge pulleys for long belt life (equipped with a quick-change belt system)
· Multiple groups of fabric spreaders can be freely selected for start/stop. Spreader wrap angle and speed can all be individually adjusted. Easily solves edge curling problems.
· The belt is completely relaxed when stopped, making it convenient to clear broken fabric, safe and efficient.
· Features zero-point start, automatic fabric guiding, and fault alarm diagnosis functions.
