The three-finger/four-finger edge uncurling device is a mechanical roller-type uncurling device, commonly used on dyeing and finishing stenter machines, tenter frames, and other equipment. It actively flattens curled fabric edges through physical friction.
| Power Supply / Power | Three-phase 380V 50/60Hz, power 0.25kW (250W), speed 2800r/min |
| Applicable Range | Fabric speed ≤130 m/min, weight ≤500 g/m², ambient temperature <60℃ |
| Spiral Roller Speed | Large roller n=1400r/min, small roller n=1640r/min |
| Uncurling Finger Length | Usually available in 250mm and 300mm specifications |
| Finished Weight | Approx. 20 kg/pair |
| Environmental Tolerance | Can operate normally in 0~75℃ environment |
· Utilizes the physical rolling friction of four high-speed spiral rollers to forcibly flatten curled edges, providing powerful spreading force.
· Fabric-friendly: Adopts an active traction rolling friction method that causes no damage to fabrics during efficient edge spreading.
· Strong fabric adaptability: Suitable for various woven and knitted fabrics such as cotton, wool, linen, and chemical fibers, as well as wet conditions.
· Easy installation and adjustment: Can be easily integrated into existing production lines, with convenient fabric tension adjustment to meet different needs.
· Expandable support: Can be paired with infrared fabric edge tracking sensors to achieve higher precision pinning and speed control.
