Processed products are mostly used for: sofa fabrics, high-end leather shoe fabrics, elastic swimwear pants, high-end clothing fabrics, etc. After raising, the fabric surface feels soft and smooth, with a fine, short, and uniform appearance. Mainly used for high-end textiles, greatly increasing their added value. Compared with vertical and horizontal raising, efficiency is dramatically improved.

Technical Features

This machine is a planetary gear type large cylinder raising machine, equipped with 6 carbon fiber raising rollers. It adopts a cylinder turntable structure, increasing the contact area and frequency with the fabric, and can penetrate deep into the fabric texture.
Fully automatic variable frequency touch screen control, using tension sensors, with preset and automatic feedback functions for fabric running tension, truly achieving constant tension raising.
Full machine variable frequency synchronous drive, PLC control, human-machine interface, touch screen control and button control dual use.
The whole machine adopts synchronous belt drive. Fully imported configuration, German Schneider inverter, Siemens main motor, Japan OMRON relay, PERCISE tension sensor.
This machine is equipped with protective doors and windows, fully sealed, with no dust leakage.
Can store 500 process parameters, simple and efficient operation.
