Technical Features

This machine adopts double polishing rollers and double cloth dragging belts, with efficiency doubled compared to ordinary polishing machines.
This machine uses thickened polishing rollers, each containing 6 W-shaped grooves, effectively increasing the contact between the polishing roller and fabric surface.
The cloth dragging belt combines vertical and horizontal arrangements, increasing cooling space and providing a more reasonable structure.
Cloth dragging belt pressure, tension, polishing roller speed, and temperature are all controlled by variable frequency, with simple operation and easy control.
This machine is equipped with an intelligent temperature controller, providing higher temperature control accuracy, precise to 2℃.
