Product Description

This product is suitable for shearing of woven raised fabrics, knitted raised fabrics, woolen fabrics, fine velvet, long pile plush, blankets, worsted woolen fabrics, sofa fabrics, denim, and other fabrics. After processing by this machine, the fabric surface is smooth and flat.

The shearing circular knife speed, fabric running speed, and front and back guide rollers of this product are all adjusted by frequency converters, providing flexible operation. Automatic knife lifting and oil stain cleaning device facilitate knife sharpening and cleaning. The fabric spreading device is close to the support frame, which is beneficial for unfolding curled edges of knitted and spandex fabrics. The shearing knife lifting for fabric seams is manually operated with pneumatic push. The pile height adjustment adopts manual precision fine-tuning with high precision and better shearing effect. Customers can optionally equip scraping devices and brushing devices according to the characteristics of the processed fabric to achieve ideal shearing results.

Technical Features

The machine wall panels are welded with 30mm steel plates. After horizontal adjustment, they have good stability and high precision.
Imported original circular knives and flat knives are used.
The circular knife traverse is controlled by a separate speed-adjustable gear reducer.
The circular knife, fabric running, and fabric spreading are all controlled by variable frequency speed regulation. The fabric running is driven by independent gear reduction motors, with no noise and no vibration.
The knife bed is made of HT300 high-density cast iron, which is precisely processed by CNC gantry milling after heat treatment and blade polishing, ensuring better stability during use.
