Function Introduction

The single-sided edge blowing machine is an efficient pneumatic fabric edge correction device, mainly used in textile printing and dyeing post-finishing processes to pull open and flatten loose curled fabric edges, avoiding processing quality problems caused by edge curling.

Its core working principle is: using a vortex air pump to generate compressed airflow, which is blown toward the fabric edge through the honeycomb-shaped inclined holes on the edge opening disc, gently opening the curled edge with non-contact airflow to restore the fabric to a flat state.

Main Features

·Damage-free Processing: Adopts airflow blowing method. During edge opening, the fabric is in low tension or even zero tension state, with no mechanical parts directly contacting the fabric surface, effectively avoiding scratches, burrs, pilling, and other mechanical damage. It is particularly suitable for surface-sensitive fabrics (such as knitted fabrics, silk, thin soft chemical fiber fabrics), ensuring a smooth and flat fabric surface after processing.

·Wide Applicability: Through manual screw adjustment of the gap between the upper flap and lower panel, it can flexibly adapt to different thicknesses and weights of fabric varieties, with an adaptation range from light silk to medium-weight fabrics. Suitable for various woven and knitted fabrics such as cotton, wool, linen, and chemical fibers, with a maximum fabric weight of up to 400g/m².

·Stable Efficiency: The one-way blowing design makes the airflow direction clear and force concentrated, making the edge separation process more stable and rapid, significantly improving fabric pinning quality and production efficiency. The blowing angle and air volume can be adjusted according to curling conditions, allowing precise airflow action on curled areas.

·Flexible Configuration: Can be individually configured at the inlets of setting machines, stenters, and other equipment, or used with infrared electric eyes to ensure fabrics with creases or curled edges accurately fall onto the needle plate, achieving perfect pinning.
