The SH-DZ25A infrared centering device is a novel product integrating optics, mechanics, and electronics. It is suitable for the entry points of stenter machines, mercerizing machines, singeing machines, washing machines, coating machines, drying machines, laminating machines, and other machines in the dyeing and finishing industry. It can fully expand fabrics and quickly correct fabric deviation to ensure fabric stability.
The SH-DZ25A infrared centering device mainly consists of an electrical control box, infrared sensor, spreading machine, correction roller, and ball screw drive or cylinder drive components. The infrared sensor is composed of infrared emitting and receiving components. When the fabric center deviates from the central axis, the correction roller will be quickly swung by the ball screw drive to bring the working fabric center back to its original position, achieving the correction function. At the same time, the spreading roller also has the function of unfolding fabric edge wrinkles and spreading the fabric.
