This machine adopts a gear-type structure, fully variable frequency, touch screen control. It is equipped with 24 raising rollers. This product is suitable for surface raising of woven fabrics, knitted fabrics, including tubular and open-width knitted fabrics, camel hair, coarse woolen fabrics, woolen cloth, milk silk, elastic spandex fabric, lycra fabric, blankets, sweatshirts, polar fleece, single-sided and double-sided fleece, and other fabrics.

Technical Features

This machine adopts a human-machine interface, PLC control, and multiple frequency converters for simultaneous speed adjustment.
Fabric speed, tension, cylinder, and raising roller speed can all be steplessly adjusted.
The main shaft drive adopts synchronous belt and synchronous pulley drive method, with higher efficiency, large transmission torque, smooth operation, and low noise.
The straight and curved needle drive is equipped with an automatic clutch device, making fabric guiding and card clothing cleaning processes more convenient and efficient.
Motor gear transmission with variable frequency control. Simple structure, easy to maintain.
Fabric exit and rear traction are synchronized, with separate fabric exit, adding an exit reducer to ensure adjustable exit tension.
Multiple machines can be connected in series, and can be completely synchronized when connected.
Can store 500 process parameters, simple and efficient operation.
